

What do the letters "UPI" stand for?
When asked what the letters stand for, our answer is always "quality, dependability, and innovation!" UPI Energy LP is the organization's full and proper legal name. The letters themselves stand for nothing specifically. Years ago, however, the organization operated under the name of UCO Petroleum Inc. and over the course of time the name was changed to "UPI Energy LP", the name the company operates under today.
What is FS?
FS is the brand name for GROWMARK, Inc. products and services supplied to Member Co-operatives in Ontario.
Why is there such a difference in price from buying gas at the pumps compared to having it delivered to your door?
Delivery to your home, farm or business, requires a delivery truck that is properly equipped to safely transport a selection of petroleum or propane products, a highly skilled driver, equipment in which to store the products at your home, farm or business and, credit and administration services for billing and accounts receivable. All of these factors add to the cost of the products that you purchase.
Do I need to put additives in dyed diesel?
All of UPI's dyed diesel fuel is quality controlled by Suncor Energy Products Inc. to meet the standards established by the Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) for products sold in Canada. Fuel additives are not required but may be used if recommended by the engine manufacturer.
Which of your UPI/FS Retail Gas Bar outlets are currently supplying your new product DIESEL3000™ (Bio-diesel)?
Bio-Diesel is not available at any of our Retail Gas Bar outlets at this time. The product is currently only available through bulk delivery and is a dyed/coloured product, which cannot be used for on-road use vehicles.
How do I sign up to receive my monthly statements on-line?
Just click on the "My Account", located at the top right hand corner of every page. This will bring you to the on-line statement login page. Next, click on the "Register" button and fill in the required information. Then, click on the "Submit Registration" button to complete the process. Your registration will then be submitted to us and you will be sent an e-mail with your login (account number) and password. (Keep this information as you will need your login and password to access your monthly statement.)
Once I have received my login and password how do I view my monthly statement?
Go to the on-line statement login page and enter your login (account number) and your four-digit password. Once you have logged in, you can choose a statement to view. Your most recent statement is routinely listed in the statement date box. Click on the "View Statement" button to view your monthly statement.
What if I want to view previous month statements?
Just click on the drop down arrow button located beside the default statement date and then select the date you wish to view. For your convenience, a minimum of twelve months of statement history is available for viewing.
What if I wish to change my password to one that is more user friendly?
You can change your password at any time by clicking on the "Change Customer Info" button, once you have logged in. Be sure to delete your existing password before entering a new password. Once you have entered your new password click on the "Submit Changes" button to accept your revision.
I am an EnergyCard™ or FUELNet™ customer, how do I view my monthly usage report?
By simply clicking on the "Monthly Usage Report" button located at the bottom of your statement page. If you wish to return to your statement, click on the "View Statement" button located at the bottom of your usage report page. (You can toggle back and forth to view your monthly usage report or your monthly statement by clicking on the appropriate button.)
What if I have a question concerning my UPI account?
Click on "Inquiries?" under the Customer Care section of our website. This will lead you to a format in which you may submit your question. A Customer Care Representative will be in touch with you before the end of the next business day.
